作业原理:

螺旋打桩机桩架首要由顶部滑轮组、立柱、斜撑杆、底盘、行走组织、反转组织、卷扬组织、室、液压及电气组成。立柱为折叠式,采用箱形截面结构型式,法兰衔接。立柱两边配有圆形或方形滑道作为动力头、钻杆上下运动的导向和抗扭。此种钻机装备的箱形可折叠式立柱使用液压缸进行起降,方便快捷,运送时也不需拆卸。立柱下部与上盘铰接,中后部与斜撑杆铰接,立柱顶部有滑轮组,用来完成对动力头、钢筋笼和注浆导管等的起降。动力头可沿滑道上下邮寄时可拆卸。

振荡式沉拔桩锤是使用其高频振荡,以高加速度振荡桩身,将机械发生的笔直振荡传给桩体,导致桩周围的土体结构因振荡发生变化,强度降低。桩身周围土体液化,减少桩侧与土体的摩擦阻力,然后以挖机下压力、振荡沉拔锤与桩身自重将桩沉入土中。拔桩时,在一边振荡的情况下,以挖机上提力将桩拔起。打桩机械所需求的激振力要根据场所土层、土质、含水量及桩的种类、结构而归纳断定。

振荡法沉桩功率较其它工法为高,首要适用于钢板桩、钢管桩及长8m以内的细长混凝土预制桩。这种沉桩法适用于砂土中作业,在黏土中效果较差,有必要选用较大功率的机型。
